Rid your dog of chronic and ongoing pain & discomfort once and for all. Anal sacculectomy is a day procedure where a qualified and experienced surgeon delicately removes the anal glands for good.
The surgical procedure takes around an hour and your dog is left with two small incisions in the skin on either side of the anus. There are no stitches to remove and the dogs need no intensive aftercare other than some take-home medications to relieve any post-operative discomfort and swelling.
They are checked three days and ten days after surgery, and recovery is quick and uneventful.
In no time at all, your best friend will be pain-free, scoot-free and odour-free for the rest of their lives. With no need for ongoing vet visits.
